How can we help?

How pre-orders work, when you are charged, and what happens to your order between ordering and delivery. If the answer is not here, ask us.

Get in touch

What does pre-order mean?

You are reserving an item from a production run that has not been made yet. The run is manufactured after pre-orders close, then dispatched to everyone who ordered.

When am I charged?

Immediately when you place the order.

When will my order ship?

Dispatch is listed on product pages. Transit time on top of that depends on the delivery method you pick at checkout, which shows the estimate against each option.

Where do you ship to?

Supported locations can be found on the checkout page per item.

What do VAT and customs duty cost?

UK orders are charged 20% VAT, and every price shown on the site already includes it. Any import duty or handling fee outside those is settled by you with your local import office.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Tell us through the contact form or by email, then send the item back within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or not as described. We cannot swap an edition or alter an order once it is placed, so cancel and re-order instead. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us, including the standard delivery you paid. The full terms are in the returns policy under Policies.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us with your order number and photographs of the damage and we will sort it out. This does not affect your statutory rights over faulty goods.

How many can I order?

One item per order.
